Ok I will be in Wichita this Saturday what are the best places to eat?

Never been there, but when I was traveling a lot for work I would keep an eye out for local joints with a full parking lot....

B&c creations or bite me bbq both have prime rib on weekends
also check out Broadway burgers for a very diverse menu of bbq

When I was travel nursing the first question I'd ask a local was "Where is the best non-chain place to eat." 99% of the time they were spot on. One place looked like the health dept should have shut it down. But, the breakfast was to die for.
