Well I am finally going to go to Allen Fieldhouse to see my first KU Basketball game. Rock Chalk!

I'll be going out there March 6th to watch the Jayhawks take on the K-State Wildcats on Saturday March 7th. That place is going to be electric and rocking!

Do any of you have any bbq/smoked meat restaurant recommendations?

I will probably have dinner that Friday night, then lunch after the game. So at least two places I will try.

Drive the hour to kc and eat at joes. My bro went there and I like to tell him rock chalk jayhawk, ku sucks. He doesnt appreciate it. He is also an architect and with me being an engineer I like to tell him to just concentrate on what color To paint it and I will do all the hard stuff designing it.

I don't know a lot about Lawrence but I thought Lucky Seb's Dumplings, Chicken, & BBQ was quite good. The loaded kimchi fries were killer.

That will come Saturday night. But for Friday night and Sat after the game I'm looking in Lawrence.

This place is pretty good for breakfast.

I get the Keto bowl with extra brisket, but the guys I hunt with love the Brisket biscuits and gravy... My friend lives in Eudora,Ks. which is right close to Lawrence...
Their food looks good. I'll definitely be giving that place a try.
