southern California
Hi all,  my name is Ian and I'm in sunny Southern California.  I am a happily married father of 4.  I currently have a Ducane Propane grill (so old I can't remember the model), a char broil kettle grill, 2 Brinkmann Smoke N Grills (one for parts), and just got a Brinkmann Smoke N Pit used for $35 off craigslist.  It will replace the 2 vertical smokers.

I'm really interested in learning the art of smoking/ BBQing.

I most enjoy making creative burgers (love ground untrimmed Tri-tip) and pizzas on the grill.  I roast my own coffee and make my own spice blends/ rubs.

Really looking forward to learning from you guys.

Welcome!  I'm new around here as well, but just had to reply and welcome you after reading the coffee bit.  I roast my own as well!!
