Hi All!
I'm John B., AKA JibsMan or Jibberish... my friends have a sense of humor...
I hail from Southern California, but currently live in Portland, Oregon. I work at a Very Large Computer Electronics Company in Hillsboro, as a Validation Engineer.
I'm happily married to my beautiful wife for 28 years. I have a 30 year old son living in Washington (the one above Oregon :)
I just replaced my Kenmore BBQ with the Broil King Signet 320 Gas Grill, and I also have a Masterbuilt Smoker Model 20070511.
I love to make Pulled Pork, Brisket, Pastrami, Jerky and of course Ribeye Steaks. I have a set of GrillGrates that really heats up the Grill, allowing me to sear at 700 degrees.
After all that I still think I'm a beginner - intermediate chef when it comes to grilling and smoking, That's why I'm here.
