I spent the morning working with our neighborhood crew getting an open ditch ready for irrigation season. I wanted to do something easy for dinner, so chicken seemed like a good idea.

No brining, just a dry rub.




Onto the rotisserie with the side smoke box full of hickory chips. Ninety minutes at 350-375.



20 minute rest while I grill the asparagus and get the plates ready.

Thanks, guys! It was tasty. I always take pictures of my wife's plate because I actually pay attention to plating. Mine had some slices of breast and a whole thigh sitting on it.
 
Ha. I always take pics of my wife's plate too. She makes it look so much better then I make mine.
