Didn't want leftovers for dinner last night. I had a pack of Hatch Chile brats so decided to do a cat iron breakfast.

That looks good! Those hatch green chilli brats are pretty good. And I agree cast iron potatoes are the best! Nice meal for sure!
 
Looks to be pretty darned good from where I'm sitting, Like. I just got some brat seasoning from PS Seasonings, might have to take a stab at making a batch of that sausage. RAY

I have never seen those brats here in Florida, it must be a west coast thing.

Thank you all. The Hatch Chile sausages come out for a month or so in the summer. Pulled these out of the freezer. They're pretty tasty!
