Banana Bread

We had some bananas ready so it’s time to make these into tasty treats. My wife isn’t able to maneuver good so I said sit on a chair and help me through the process.
Recipe ( middle one)

Starting with process

She mashed the bananas and everything mixed up and in the pans

Cooling time

Time to test my first batch

The Mrs said it was as good as hers
I’ve made cinnamon rolls before and had good luck but my next venture is bread making as now I have time to commit to it.

That looks delicious! Love banana bread! Looks like you have the butter to bread ratio perfect. We have also used mini loaf pans and little mini muffins that are addictive also.

Lookin good from here, nice and moist! May I suggest turning one of them into banana bread pudding? It's easily one of my favorite desserts, and I don't care for sweets haha.

Try putting that much butter on it and grilling it. I like it both ways, but getting a little grilled action going takes it up to 11.

Mona is always saying how come I don't finish up the bananas before they all start to turn. And I say sorry, wish there was something we could do with them. I come home and there it is Banana bread... lol

Amen to that! And a big thank you... we just happened to have some perfectly ripe bananas in the freezer so you enabled my wife to make some banana bread!
