Hello everyone. I know bacon wrapped chicken breasts are done a lot so it might be a little repetitive. But here are mine.
12 chicken breast injected with Famous Dave's spicy pickle juice, then vacuumed packed in same juice (not delituted) for 24+ hours.
Pad dry but not risened.
Jeff's rub.
Gas Masterbuilted at 225, pecan pellets in tube smoker.
Smoked to internal temp of 165.

Looks great! I am going boneless skinless with no bacon... Brined them and I am gonna pull them a little but under 165 to make sure they don't dry out on me.mine have been in about 2 hours already by the temp keeps dropping because of 30 mph winds today

Smoking B I've been using Famous Dave's spicy pickle juice for a year now. I don't think I'll change any time soon. Everyone says they are great and very surprised when I tell them about the pickle juice.

Give it a try some time and I'd be interested in your thoughts.

Thanks man. I've never tried Famous Dave's pickles - I'll see if I can track some down to test out
