I love eating bacon, but how can we produce bacon if the cows are all dead because of hunger. With corn supplies becoming progressively scarce, farm owners are turning increasingly more to an unpredicted meal source for their livestock -- candy.
That's what comes from wearing your hat backwards.

So here it is the end of June 2013, how are all you folks in US of A doing with Pig availability and prices.  See any rise in prices or such.

Up here in Canada, we had a bumper crop of feed, no drought, and enough pigs to go around and only a small price increase in the price of pigs and meat from them.

Bigger move in the prices of beef, but pork has ticked up some the last couple of months here in Florida.  Chicken prices are as low as I have seen them in years - BS breasts are at $1.88 per pound.
