Meat Mopper
Had a hankering for some fatties so rolled up a couple.
Both start with a pound and a half of burger. One stuffed with crumbly blue cheese the other with cheddar. Real simple but should be tasty.
Nice thick cut slab bacon.
Fired up the Smoker
These went down at 6:45
Shouldn't take too long. Deviled eggs and corn on the cob. I'm hungry!
