So great hearing from you Al. That is a fun cook. That color you got on the ribs is awesome. I doing vortex ribs for the river rats Friday. I put my old 22" in back of truck and been cooking on the river on Fridays. Really enjoying doing it.

Glad you stopped in Al. Ribs look fantastic. Glad to hear you and Judy are doing well 👍

Top shelf que as always from you Al. Nice work.

Al, so good to se you back in the game. Ribs look amazing. I hope you and Judy are doing well.

Be well my friend!

GREAT TO SEE YOU ARE BACK IN ACTION AL, CAN'T BEAT THE KETTLE!

Really happy to read this Al. I've had a few breaks from the forum and during my last time active I was disappointed to read some of the troubles you were having.

Have learned a lot from you over the years and glad to see you back in action.
Thank you so much guys!
Good to see you post, Al! What did you sauce those ribs with? The color is intoxicating!
Believe it or not, but I just used a bottle of KC Masterpiece.
Excellent work Al. Love the color of those ribs. You've still got it.😉

Top notch thread as per usual Al. Great to see you back! Awesome that Judy and you are well. And getting back to the tried and true Weber Kettle is so cool! Those ribs and the meal in whole is just mouthwatering!

I am sure the RT will be respectfully used.

As I get older, I am appreciative of the older school cooking I used to do… vs the ease.

Just recently acquired a Weber that looking forward to cleaning up and cooking on…

That looks like a great project. My other kettle is like yours, but I have a Gabby’s Santa Maria setup on it.
Great to see you back Al. Congrats on making the carousel....for your first posted cook in what seems like forever. Hope to see more....
Thanks Bro, I think you had something to do with that!
Nice job Al... Welcome back (so to speak) ... Say Hi to Judy for us...
Will do Keith!
Good to see you back Al! Ribs look great and I'm sure the sausage was tasty too.

Al, my Friend - it’s good to see you check in Brother! And awesome to see you lighting a fire and smoking some meat! Those ribs, and the andouille too, looked terrific!

Great looking ribs Al! You helped teach me how to do ribs when I first started out... with your thread " perfect ribs everytime "
Probably my favorite thing to smoke!
Good seeing you again!

Ryan

That is very worthy, thanks for putting that up there Keith.

Well, I had to try out all the cool new buttons we have on the back end!! LOL!! The Some of the problems with posting a thread to the carousel have been fixed, others are till being worked on de-bugging. But Like anything new, wle will adjust.

Nice cook Al .

SA, Nice "old school" cook and your ribs look incredible !
Thanks again guys, & Keith I guess I’ll have to see if I can feature one on the new system too!

Boy it's nice to see you back and posting again Al. By the looks of it, you picked up right where you left off with perfectly done ribs that no doubt hit the flavor button. Well done brother! 👏😉

Great looking ribs. I'll second the sausage snack idea. The sausage looks great also.

Awesome looking ribs Al, but more importantly it's awesome to see you posting a cook...

Thanks a lot guys!
Always appreciated!
Al

Great looking ribs, Al! I knew you couldn't stay away.

My condo association doesn't allow for charcoal or gas grills, otherwise I'd have a Weber putting out smoke, too.

Old school can still be the "best". That's why even though I bought a super-quigi-bo Humphrey's Pint reverse flow insulated cabinet, I still keep my original 18" WSM from 20 years ago in the corner of the porch. Sometimes getting back to basics is just therapy!

Oh, and great looking rib smoke!

Looks good Al, I keep looking at my sad Kettle Joe in the back of my garage that is begging to get us ed again.
