My names Clay and I live in Oviedo, Florida.

Originally from Long Island and had a Brinkman gas smoker/grill up there.

Smoked quite a few bluefish and a couple of pork butts.

Moved to Florida about 20 years ago, but never got back into smoking.

Just picked up a Masterbuilt Electric 30.  Seasoning it as I write and hope to use in the next couple of days.

Been doing a lot of reading on the site and thanks for all the info.

Will keep you posted.
