Back to back butts in 8 inches of snow

     Morning gang,

     I'll have some q-views coming up today, I've got a butt that is due to come out, been in all night! Got one getting ready to go in (pick of it coming up too) I'll start with the conditions of my weekend smoke. I've done them separately instead of together to time out the finishing ( one is for my family today and the other is for the fire station I work at, on duty tomorrow)

     As you can see it's still coming down and suppose to get heavier between now and 9am, making the next butt (see below) a lot of fun I'm sure lol

You are a better man than me , brother. I am waiting for all the snow to melt and temp to get above freezing in the AM so I can dig out my smoker from the garage.

     Ohh yeah, smellin so sweet and falling apart already...come on Hambone isn't that worth a little cold lol, 2nd butt is in the smoker now, beans going in later for some good eats tonight!

I'm gonna go with Dedicated. Crazy would be skipping the smoke just because of a little snow flurry. Good luck with the one for the fire house!!

I guess your sending that snow to us over in St. Louis. Last time I check they are saying 6" to 11" today . IN MARCH ?  that nuts.

Still hasn't started yet. hope it goes north of us.

True smokers smoke year round and in any type of weather !!  so bring it on !!!!

     Here is the 2nd butt at 3 hours in at 97 degrees, first spraying of apple juice/capt Morgan mix
