Bought a smoker a long time ago for the best ribs that money could buy. Got that done. Some baby backs in the smoker right now. Mustard coated and rubbed overnight with Simply Marvelous Cherry Rub and Simply Marvelous Sweet Seduction rub on top of that. Cherry chips for wood. 2-2-1 method @ 225 degrees. Cider vinegar and apple juice for the wrap. Maybe some barbecue sauce. Ribs rubbed and smoked right don't really need a lot of sauce. But there are some awfully nice sauces out there!

Ya, what ^^^^^^ they said! We need pics to drool over.

They were awesome! I bought another slab today and will get some pics next time. Far better than any ribs I have had at a restaurant.

I am looking at SmokinAl's "Perfect Ribs Every Time" recipe and cooking to temp. I think this may be the Holy Grail of ribs.

I have fiddled with ribs a bit. If the rub is very good and the ribs cooked just right they will be consumed long before any sauce gets warmed up. That's where I am wanting to go. And my last try was almost there.
