Getting there! I am waiting on the expanded steel to make the charcoal basket then its on to seasoning and then tuning this thing up and then I will start small. even though I have a little time under my belt I haven't done any major smokes in over a year or two. I will start with 2 or 3 drunk chicks and move on from there. I did purchase Jeff's secret stash last night so I will try that stuff pretty quick. I will make sure to Q View the whole fiasco beers and all.
