Southeast Mississippi
Hello fellow smokers! I have been up north working for several weeks in Ohio and Pennsylvania. Dang! still winter up there. Glad to be home in Southeast Mississippi. Azaleas and Dogwoods in full bloom. Gonna crank up the Bayou Classic stick burner Wednesday morning with a pork butt and maybe a slab or two of Saint Louis ribs. Got the pork butt prepared and back in the refrigerator for a good sleep. Prepared the same way as I always do. Butchers BBQ injection, A P Rub and Killer Hogs BBQ Rub.

Can't wait to see results. Here in Florida our seasons are "When Are All These Dang Snowbirds Going to Go Back Up North?" and "It's Hotter than Hell...I Need a Beer". We're approaching the end of the first season so I'm getting the beer iced down.

PC Farmer...I picked a hand full of dew berries today. They are about 2 weeks early....

Just beautiful! I remember as a kid me and my 2 brothers going all over our property looking and picking dew berries. Still live on the same land now and we still have dew berries 50 years later. They are still green. Will be a few more days. Got to beat my deer to them though.
