Hello!
Well, I once was an avid smoker of da meat. Even had a comp team for a short spell one summer earning a call in both Brisket and Ribs (small local comp). Well, all things with life and kids the past several years has taken me away almost all together and I'm trying to find my way back at it again. This summer I managed only one cook of two butts (which was awesome BTW) which just isn't enough. So, I'm back on the interweb hunting for the old forums I once frequented which brought me here.
Edit: I should also state my cookin' devices and location.
I'm a prairie boy from Saskatchewan Canada
Although my goal was once to work my way into a solid stick burner, I never have. I currently cook on my pellet pooper (Treager Lil Tex with a few mods PID, Shelf etc.) I also have a weber bullet and a bradley for cheese n spices etc.
