Baby Backs were on sale how many did I get??

Went to Restaurant Deport to pick up a few tri-tips and noticed they had Baby Backs on sale!!  3 per cryo at $2.29 a lb.  This is the lowest price I've EVER seen them.  How many 3 pack cryos do you think I got and how many would you have gotten???

Was there a limit per customer? I'd spend whatever I could afford and fit in my freezer!

That's a great price. I would've had to buy at least 2. One to cook right away , and one to save for a couple months in the freeza !

No limit.  I picked up 2 cases.  Each case had 12 "bundles" and each bundle had 3 racks.  I'll have enough BB ribs to last a few weeks ;)

Only problem is, after about 4 weeks of ribs, you start getting tired of them.  It don't matter how good they are.   I would have gotten at least 3.  Another problem.  I wouldn't keep pork in the freezer over 6 months if its bone-in.

Yeah I thought about that, but I have enough friends and family that it wouldn't be an issue.  On a side not I also had a buddy buy 18 racks at $10 per rack for the game Sunday.  As a result I've already made most of my money back.  I may also do a party for the super and charge $20 for AYCE ribs!! 

FYI I'll probably pick up another case once I clear out the 18 racks Sunday!

Wish I lived closer!  Sounds like you got a plan.   I'm planning a couple butts for the super bowl.   I hope to sell a few as well.

You got me thinking ribs now.   We're going to need some  Q's of all them ribs!

Yeah I like "selling" ribs because everyone will know exactly what they are getting they just want to know if your doing spares, or baby backs is all.
