Well Charlotte, I just gotta say those ribs look downright delicious!! Lot better than mine usually do. I'm not that big a rib eater, but I'd eat a plate of those any day. Great job.

Wow, those are some nice looking bones! It just occurred to me that if I start playing my ribs on a salad like that my wife will let me eat them five days a week!! Points!!!

Yep £4 a rack...what did I say, rib? :rolleyes: haha my butcher wanted £15 for a full rack but I have to admit his were huge with lots of meat on and a fair bit of fat too.
It's just a cheap store brought bbq sauce... for now anyway taking things one step at a time ;)

I did these yesterday after making the fatties Harriet helped rub them then she was soon off to play on her swing so didn't get a photo. She was exhausted and in bed by the time I came to open the hood bless her! She ate some today though and loved them! :D
Thanks Lancep! They were just bones by the time i'd finished with them Haha! I'm glad I could be of help... the salad makes me feel a little less guilty anyway! I believe it was a mix of wild rocket, spinach, dark red baby leaf, and Mizuna (just in case you wanna impress the wife) and I added grilled peppers and artichokes :D
