So this time I didn't go to the butchers as I wanted to save a pretty penny or two...
I got these babybacks from Waitrose (for my uk buddies) about £4 a Rib. These were so much smaller and uniform and pretty to look at (I don't even know what my butcher sold me last time, perhaps it was The Hulk version of pork ribs) Hahaha!

Anyway I followed @SmokinAl 's tried, tested & trusted method again.

Didn't have any real temp issues this time as I'm learning to slay my fire like a dragon hahaha yep I really just said that :rolleyes::D
I didn't sauce last time but thought I'd give it a try this time just for the hell of it...here are some pics I hope you will enjoy...
