Baby Backs on the RecTeq 1250

My son was home this week, I haven't seen him in 6 months since he went to live with his mother in AZ. (long story not for here) One of his favorite foods is ribs, so we made 3 racks of BB's for supper.

They were extra meaty so I trimmed them up a bit

All rubbed up

On the RT under the watchful eye of my son.

Served with a Tomato Cuke salad, Baked Pinto Beans, and Banana Bar for dessert (no pic of the banana bars)

Thanks, we eat alot of cool salads in the summer. Those were Campari tomatos they are about the only store bought tomatos I will eat.
