Baby back ribs on the modified Oklahoma Joe smoker. Homemade rub with peach bbq sauce!!! Yummmy!!
 
Right on! Those look just like mine I did today. I like the thin baby backs. What wood and how long did yours take? Mine went 4 hours oak and apple

4.5 hours. Hickory and post oak.

Good looking ribs! It’s supposed to be nice out this weekend, I may pull out the OKJ and try the new baffle plate I got for xmas
