Baby back ribs on the modified Oklahoma Joe smoker. Homemade rub with peach bbq sauce!!! Yummmy!!

4.5 hours. Hickory and post oak.

No wrap and I did not remove the membrane!! IT came to 194!

3in exhaust pipe with exhaust coupler. The metal box is made out of 14 gauge steel.
