I want to smoke a rack of baby backs along with a whole chicken on Saturday. What temp should I use? I'll be smoking them on a 40" MES.

Chicken on bottom...If it were me, I would go 250*.....Chicken on bottom.
I agree. If the skin on the chicken isn't to your liking you can always crisp it on the grill after it's smoked.
