got these today from winco. Costed me 16$ and there both nice and meaty. Last time I tried I've liked the St. Louis better but that was over camp fire. Put salt, pepper and garlic powder and tossed them on grill before pushing it out of garage and starting fire. Using cherry, apple oak and walnut. And some plum and alder lol. I keep the smoker under 250.

I find I like the babybacks better. I did a CSR, St Louis, and Babyback test and the CSR's came in last. Though they were all awesome. The babybacks were just the most flavorful :)

I look forward to seeing your results!

ok they both took almost 5 hours at 250. I think I like the St. Louis a little more and there cheaper so I think I'll start getting those. Real test will come tomorrow when the flavors come together better. My internet is not the fastest so give me some time to load the pics. Here's them done with sauce

I put some zest from a orange on and no spritzing at all. I asked everyone what they liked and they said the St. Louis ribs

Took this pic right after starting fire and blue smoke, so meat on first no wasting time

Nice work, both look amazing!

I was really temped to buy some ribs to smoke this weekend but didn't. Maybe soon :)

I prefer whichever is on sale. Both of your look great Moto. Now all you need to do is slap a nice Hemi on that smoker.

Point for sure.

Chris

I keep trying STL's, but always go back to BB's.
Although all of your ribs look delicious!
Nice job!
