Preface, my two best friends live out of state - I moved for a job. We planned a gathering between our homes for a 4 day weekend, just us three, no dogs no wives (or ex wives). Since they live too far to just come over I am making the smoked meat as they have never had my cooking. So - I have a brisket ready and made these to go with. Baby Backs - man I love them. Ate part of one rack last night - two are going with for the weekend.

These were on sale at Kroger for $2.99/lb so I bought three. Rubbed with BPS Sweet Money. Cook was 180 for 1 hour then 250 for another 5 to an IT of 195. they were perfect.

they look excellent! i also won't drive a bit for those.

Looks great! How was the loin portion? Did it have a lot?

Nice looking ribs !

I recently smoked 4 racks of babybacks for out of town friends, too. I did mine on my Yoder Wichita, and they came out great.

It looks like you have an RT-700. I haven't smoked ribs on mine, yet. It's relatively new.

That's all I use. everything turns out great. Man it was flaming hot here tho! Needed hot mitts to touch the handles. outside temps hit 97 and the RT700 is in direct sun. Temps were rock solid through it all - man I love that smoker.

Would you like to adopt an old fat Canadian friend? These look great! Big like.

...and don't forget an old fat American friend.

Those ribs looks perfect Sandyut. I'd be might obliged to set down to a plate of those

Point for sure
Chris

Looks good. I don't know how they justify the higher price. Probably marketing and them damn Chili's Baby Back Rib commercials...JJ

Nice cook . I'd drive too , but I'd have to bring the dog .

Looks awesome! And hell, you don't even have to adopt me... I'll be an out of state friend!
