Hello everybody I'm Matt and I live in Mesa, AZ. I was gifted an 18" WSM from my wife's family a couple years ago and so far I've been doing briskets, lots of baby backs, a few pork shoulders, and a bit of chicken. This forum has so much information it's awesome, finally signed up and thankful there's a great resource for all of my BBQ questions!!
