austin xl pit boss auger length?

so i got this pellet grill on the side of the road and was compacted with pellets. ordered a new motor runs great. im ready to sell to a friend . but i noticed that after what i thought burned out all remaining pellets that some were still in the auger shoot a decent amount. my pellet grill is a direct igniter diy and the auger arm goes all the way to the firepot. so to avoid leaving pellets in the auger shoot again could u buy a longer arm for this model and avoid the problem? thank you for any response
