Howdy all , I have just found this forum -- WOW -- I am a very keen smoker and I have been doing it for over 30 years , bacon ham- fish- game meat -- chicken ect , I also can see I can learn a lot from this site , I have a big smoke house[ $25,000 ] as I use it in my shop [ butcher ] but I have done a lot on a wood fired outdoor dunny type as well . and love playing around with new ideas , some work some don't Ha Ha . looking forward to reading all that is on this site .
