So I was anixous to use my new smokehouse and see what I could make. Decided a Fattie (my style) would be in order.

So here it goes. Made from a mix of sausage, kale, pine nuts and raisins, all rolled up in turkey, then covered up with bacon. The salad shown is a curry cauliflower also with toasted pine nuts and raisins.

Ready and waiting on the smoke.

Basically,

Cauliflower (blanched with Tps Vinegar)

Toasted Pine Nuts

Golden Raisins (In white wine and sugar overnight)

Chickpeas (simmered with onions, leeks, carrots, and spices) (I used Garbanzo Beans)

Olives

Pickled Red Onions

Endive (sliced)

"Curry Dressing"

Curry Powder

White wine vinegar

Oil

Salt and Pepper
