I have been asked to post (Q view) some of the stuff that I have been cooking so, without further delay....here we go.....


















So there is a little collection of some of the ham, other pork, beef and even some lamb. I also put together a whole album of photos of everything that I have done (for the most part). Enjoy. Any points and tips would be well received. Thanks!!
 
I've got a 34 cu/in Smoke Hollow. I am looking to upgrade and get another smoker to add so I can have more fun but for right now, that is all that the wife will allow.....

.....maybe over the spring or summer I can get a bigger one.
