This is a recipe I created.

Here are the ingredients for the marinade/sauce.

This is what I use for a batch of 10 wings. It might do 15-20.

1/2 cup Dark Brown Sugar
1/4 cup Reduced Sodium Soy Sauce
1/4 cup Bourbon
1 1/2 tbs Wasabi Powder
2 tbs Honey
5 chunks of Frozen Mango
4 cloves of Garlic
Ginger (approx 1 inch diameter x 2 inches long)
3 Habanero Peppers
1 Jalapeno Pepper

In a small sauce pan add the Brown Sugar, Soy Sauce, Bourbon, Honey and Wasabi Powder.
Cook over a medium heat to dissolve the sugar.

While that is cooking put the Mango, Garlic, Ginger, Habanero's and Jalapeno into a mini food processor.

Chop until fine (almost a chunky puree).
Remove the sauce pan from the heat and add the mixture to pan.

Let cool and pour into a ziplock bag with the wings and refrigerate overnight. I like to marinade them for 2 days.

I put them on the warming rack of the Weber gas grill and cooked them around 275 deg.
Reserve the remaining sauce for later use.

After 30 minutes flip the wings and cook for another 30 minutes.

After 30 minutes baste the wings with the remaining sauce. Turn after 5 minutes and baste the other side.

After 5 minutes I crank up the heat to 400 briefly to finish them off.

Sprinkle with toasted sesame seeds and garnish with green onion.

With the Wasabi and peppers, I would call those "The Morning After" wings. They look tasty though. Thanks for sharing.

I have to say they sure do look good, I'll have to bookmark this for the next family function.

Point for sure
Chris
