  1. Had a Fattie going, so I threw on a split chicken for dinner:


    Paired with sweet cornbread pudding , a black bean and corn medley, and of course a side of my favorite home-made barbecue sauce.


    White meat or dark meat?


    Dinner is served~!

    Since you asked, I like the Dark meat for dinner, and the leftover white meat in sammies.
