it sure is ~ and not too time-consuming ~ i tried it a couple of times and while my technique does need a little fine-tuning, it doesn't take too long at all ~ what i really like is the way that there is very little waste, as you can see. and that is quite important when you live in the middle of nowhere like i do ~ pineapples don't just grow on trees here!
