Around the block on grills/smokers, and still going in circles.

Good decision. Grills are for grilling and smokers for smoking! Each are the best for the job they were made for. Your Weber definitely covers the first part. Getting a smoker will complete the arsenal.

I would enjoy having a rotisserie! Only one we have is 3 steel rods, and have to turn the meat by hand periodically. Sure tastes good but not as easy as electric.

I loved the rotisserie on my Weber Performer, when I had it. Did chickens, turkey breast, a chuck roast, and a horizontal pork al pastor that came out great!
