Saw some sugar cured top round roasts in Cabelas for sale. Has anyone ever tried this, if so, how did you prepare it and how did ya smoke it??

I have never heard of sugar curing anything but I'm always willing to learn or try something new for sure.

I have cured chuckies and they have turned out awesome. I don't remember if I used sugar cure or not.... I have both and use them interchangably. Never heard of anyone curing a chuckie but it's gonna be a whole lot like a roast. Mine turned out tasting like a cross between corned beef and strami. Only one way to find out if you like them or not.....
