I don't know Aaron. That things looks mighty lonely. I have some butts, St Louis and heavy ribs, beef back ribs, a couple of big venison roasts and salmon in the freezer. Come to think of it, there are several kinds of venison, pork, beef and bear sausage along with some snow and Canada goose breasts down there, too.
I could throw some vacuum bagged salmon in cold water, grab some dill from the garden and be at your place in about an hour......the salmon will sustain us while we get the real meal ready to go on....
