Anyone ever have Hoffman's sausage located in hagerstown Md??

Being from the tristate area my whole life, this is the sauasage I grew up eating. There is a butcher shop located in hagerstown Md called Hoffman's, and they have their own recipe for loose sausage, and still to this day, i haven't found or had any sausage that even comes close to being nearly as good as it! I know there could be a certain degree of bias since i grew up eating this but seriously nothing has ever came close!

I'm wondering if anyone has ever had it or heard of it? I would love to find a recipe that comes close to it but i dont ever know where to begin

I grew up in AAco MD but had never heard of this company. I grew up on Parks breakfast sausage. (I’d be happy to find that recipe). Hoffman’s still in business? Maybe they would share the recipe (not every recipe is a secret) Good luck.

Hoffman's is doing better I'd say... and I'm thinking that the recipe is one of those ones that simple is better cuase you truly cant taste any seasonings

Oh yeah that's Hoffman's! The sausage I'm mainly talking about is their loose orignal sausage, i actually grilled some up for breakfast this morning, the whole reason i made this thread. They're sausage gets shipped all over loacally and basically all stores locally sell it... at least the ones i go to
