Anyone Else Like The PBR?

Colorado Springs has two annual rodeos, the Pike Peak or Bust or Little Britches. Yep, the latter is for the kids. Used to go to them growing up but haven't been in years. For some reason they have them in July. Metal seats in July are no fun. When in high school the was an annual rodeo that drew LOTS of folks. XIT Rodeo and Reunion. Town had about 7000 folks, XIT brought in about 20,000 folks. Most residents abandoned town during that time as was tough to go anywhere. Three rodeos each night follow by three dances/concerts. Even free food on Thu, Fri, and Sat. Saturday was boasted as the largest free BBQ with the fixin's.

I was 18, maybe 19 yrs old when this all went down.
Can you say young, drunk, and dumb??? That was me back then, now I'm just drunk and dumb. LOL!!!

I really don't drink much these days, I'll have a bourbon or a few beers 2 to 4 nights a week. I laugh about stuff I did back then, my wife always says, "No wonder why your back is so messed up" and she doesn't know half of the things we used to do back then. LOL!!!
