Antipasto salad with smoked ham

Mother nature decided to make it another scorcher today.  I didnt feel like anything hot for lunch, so whipped up an Antipasto salad for lunch with double smoked ham and veggie pasta.  It is refreshing for a day like today.  Enjoy the pic!

Looks like my kinda meal! It's was cool here (60°) but that still would be good!

I'd be happy if we were in the 60's over night, but it was 85 when I got up this morning. 

Kat - I made a big bowl.  It's my lunch for the rest of the week I guess,, lol.
