Got a Tri tip spinning for dinner. Seasoned with Bad Byrons butt rub.
Here it is resting.
Oh my! I wish I lived closer to MI, I would pay for a plate of that!
I'd give you a plate!
Okay here's the finish plated with some boiled taters and Mac and cheese with broccoli!Thumbs Up
It was a thinner one and the butcher must have been drinking when he cut it,but it cooked fast and turned out tasty!
When I seen the title, I knew it was you man ! Tasty lookin TT as always ! We really like Bad Byron's, tasty stuff ! Havin some chicken tonite seasoned with it !
Thanks WHB, the online purchasing agent finally ordered my Vortex I'm itching to do wings with it I'll be using the Bad Byrons on them for sure!
That's awesome, you will really like the vortex ! Owen's also sells some Buffalo Wing seasoning that I really like as well ! I've been alternating cooks between that & Bad Byron's !
How would you describe the flavor? I'm not a fan of Tabasco sauce in the slightest, but I really like Cajun spice.
I know everyone tastes things a bit different, but IMO it's not in the Tabasco sauce category spice wise ! I love Cajun spice as well ! I'd say a bit on the side of Bad Byron's but not as fine consistency wise, has a bit more body to it ! My wife is not a fan of Tabasco either & she likes it lightly sprinkled on her food ! I've used it on chicken, steak & ribs so far & I really like it ! I'm bout out myself & need to order some ! Hope this helps, but IMO it's awesome !
Great looking tri tip!
Great looking meal!
Oh yea! That looks perfect!
Looks great, can I put a rotisserie on my Oklahoma Joe somker
Looks like it came out wonderfully! Tri-tip is hard to beat, and I'd bet it rocked on the rotisserie.
Thanks Bbbbq,I'm sure there's away if you try hard enough or you can just buy a Weber kettle,Cajun bandit ring and rotisserie even the Ribolator if you wanted!
Thank CB, it turns out very well on the rotisserie for sure basted twice with some butter just to be safe!
The next time you do a Tri Tip, try making a few sandwiches with some garlic bread and tomato relish! It's so good make you smack your momma!!!!! lol
Good looking tip!
I have had it on garlic toast topped with an egg it was tasty!:drool
