Hello all,
I just wanted to share my smoke for this past Sunday dinner.
This smoke was intended for Saturday but due to feeling under the weather i postponed it for a day.
So i used a store bought rub called "Mamas Rub" by Dirty South BBQ its one of the best store bought rubs i have ever found.
I had 2 young chickens and a twin pack of pork tenderloins.I seasoned all of the meat while my MES was preheating to 250 and when i got done the smoker was ready to cook so i threw on the chickens to cook an hour before i put the tenderloins on with them. The chickens finished about the same time and the tenderloins finished an hour before the chickens and the chickens took right about 4 hours. So next time i will wait another 30min to 1hr before i put the tenderloins on if im doing this same meat configuration again in the future.
All Seasoned up!
In go the chickens @ 250
TBS rolling along!
About 2 hours into the entire smoke
Finished Product!
And The Money Shot!
Thanks for looking!
