Butt went into the smoke last night at 8p. Smoker running at 200*

This morning at 5a took the IT at 156*
Still few hours to go.

Lots of weather came thru and even the pellet smoker had to catch up.

I'm going to retire from smoking...lol. My wife can take over.

Looks great Rick! My buddies wide volunteered him to provide pulled pork on Monday. 80 person gathering for his daughters traveling volleyball season finale. Gonna throw 3 of mine in with his in my 270 cabinet on Sunday.
