Now..that part was a challenge

Thinning out the meat seems to make it roll better. This one was more of a flop and roll, just kept shoveling the filling back it..it did get a little messy. Lots of string..lots of string. Even the dog got hit with some shrapnel

.

After these stuffed ones...thinking the next one will be a plain old marinaded loin...lol.
