Smoke Blower
Wow, that looks so delicious. Even at lower elevations a butt that big takes a long time to cook from what I've been reading. I think I need to invest into an electric smoker like an MES for a smoke that long. lol. I don't know if I'd be able to manage my temps for that long, I guess I need more practice. lol.
