hey there just joined, glad to be apart of a great forum like this. I smoke a variety of food, because I love food! i have a good size stand up gas smoker. it does the trick for now, but would like to build my own brick oven slash smoker. i have a hobby farm with different critters coming and going, and process all my own foods. thanks again!!
