Another newbie!

Just signed up. I'm a retired engineer living in Charleston, SC. I mostly grill but have 2 smokers, an el cheapo Brinkman and a stainless Orion. the Orion is the 1 hr smoker that works surprisingly well for a short time smoker.

I smoke mostly ribs and brisket and have tried meatloaf with not much success, but I keep at it.

I'll try to remember to check in to the forum every few days. I love to hear about tips and tricks.
