Thought I already had an account here as I've read a whole bunch, but I guess I never actually signed up - I've now remedied that

Retired and moved to Florida (it's the law, right?)

Looking to get an offset smoker - had been using a kamado-style, but it broke during the move

Babybacks are my specialty, but my spare ribs are pretty good too. Have only done one brisket and it turned out pretty darn good

Hoping to get some tips/ideas and maybe share some of my own
