Hello all... My name is Daniel and i am new to the smoking game. I recieved a Brinkmann Smoke N Pit as a wedding gift two years ago, and up until about a week ago, the side fire box was just a mere decoration. I simply just used it as a grill, cooking directly over the coals. But about a week ago i decided to jump head first into smoking. I smoked 4 slabs of spare ribs using the 3-2-1 method and i also made some ABT's and also smoked some polish keilbasa filled with creamcheese/cheddar cheese/brown sugar wrapped wuth bacon. Much to my surprise.... Everything came out Amazing!!! So i am hooked :-) I am a over the road truck driver and only get home every other weekend, so i cant smoke as much as i want to now..... Unless i can rig up a smoker to mount on the back wall of my truck..hmmmmm
