Another Newbie!

Hello to everyone from Jacksonville, FL. I am new to the site, just signed on last night! I have done some small scale BBQing and occassionally smoke turkeys and pork ribs on a over the counter smoker from Home depot. I am currently in the design and collection phase of building my first trailer mounted reverse flow and have found the information on this site very helpful. So far, I have a 300 lb propane tank for the smoking chamber, a professional welder in the family with his own fabrication shop, and a 3500 lb axle with 15 inch tires. I look forward to the build and will be posting pictures as it goes along.

 First off welcome to SMF. What part of jax I'm in the northside out by the airport. You'll like it here for there are alot of really good folks here that would just love to help you with just about anything to do with smoking. Now there are alot of proven recipes for some amazing things here too. So if you need sign up for the E-Course it's free and it will give you the basics of smoking and some good methods to use also. So the next big thing for you to do is go out and get you something to smoke and if you happen to have any questions just post it here and we will be happy to answer them for you.
